How data is used in the directory.

We store account details, contractor profile content, homeowner profile information, project requests, saved contractors, reviews, and uploaded images so the directory can function properly.

Public contractor information may be visible to anyone browsing the site. Homeowner profile details remain private except for the name shown on a published review and the contact details a homeowner chooses to share through an Easy Match project request.

If you need a profile hidden or removed, an admin can deactivate it from the directory.
